Tubing pump is ‘ideal’ for low-flow laboratory and research work

THE REDESIGNED head on the new Masterflex C/L peristaltic pumps offer significant mechanical and ergonomic improvements, says Cole-Parmer.

Masterflex C/L peristaltic pump occupies just one quarter of a standard DIN slot

The new design improves tube retention, making it more secure, and delivers more consistent performance with different diameters of tubing and different flow rates.

A single action now opens the drive cover, releasing the occlusion bed and making it faster and easier to change the tubing. Self adjusting tube retainers automatically accommodate different tube sizes.

The three-speed motor delivers flow as low as 0.002ml/min, up to a fast 43ml/min, depending of course on tube diameter. Microbore and autoanalysis tubing can be used and easily loaded, with no occlusions and needing no tension adjustment.

A remote start/stop, reversible flow, and fast priming make these tube pumps versatile, says the company, and the stackable compact housing fits standard DIN equipment racks.
