A NEW enzyme-based test to determine fructose in food and fermentation samples gives a result in only 15 minutes, says Bioo Scientific.
The MaxSignal Fructose assay kit is described as a flexible format assay that uses a well-known enzymatic reaction to determine fructose with maximum sensitivity. Analysts can perform the test using a spectrophotometer, plate reader, or with flow cells, making this a versatile test for many laboratories.
This versatility also permits samples of many types to be used, including fruit and fruit juices, beer, honey, and dairy products, all requiring only mimimum preparation.
