Nextflex kit for Ion Torrent
BIOO Scientific has expanded its line of kits for NGS library preparation to include the Nextflex DNA Sequencing Kit for Ion Torrent, which has been validated for use with the Ion PGM system from Life Technologies.
The Nextflex DNA Sequencing Kit features ‘enhanced adapter ligation technology’, said to result in library preps with greater unique sequencing reads and better diversity.
Users can perform reactions in a 96-well plate, making this kit automation friendly.
The kit contains highly pure reagents that facilitate library preparation for next generation sequencing, and all reagents undergo stringent quality controls and functional validation.
