Clear polypropylene centrifuge tubes have self-standing design
COMBINING chemical resistance and high speed tolerance with practicality, Porvair Sciences 50ml centrifuge tubes incorporate a circular collar on the base to enable them to stand on the lab bench without external support.
Made of clear polypropylene (PP), the tubes have a quality screw cap giving an airtight seal to eliminate virtually all leakage under recommended conditions.
These centrifuge tubes can be spun up to 9400G and withstand repeated autoclaving at 121C, or long term storage at -20C. They feature black graduations clearly printed, and each tube has a large white solvent-resistant writing area. Tubes are supplied in packs of 500, with inner bags of 50, either natural or sterile.
